For dealerships, lenders and rental communities
When you have to say no, give your customer a next step.
Some applications come back declined because of a mistake on the customer's credit report. ClaroCredit gives your customer a free way to have their report reviewed by a consumer-protection attorney. If an error is found and corrected, that customer can apply again with an accurate report.
- Free for you, and a free review for your customer
- Nothing to install
- You never share a credit report

How it works
How it works for your business.
Three steps, and the last one is your customer's.
Step 1: Get your kit
Your own link, QR code and printable cards. Free, with nothing to install.
Step 2: Put the card where customers will see it
The finance desk, the waiting area, a card holder at the counter.
Step 3: Your customer does the rest
They ask for their own free credit report and send it to us themselves.
Privacy and the law
You never send us a credit report.
Federal law, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, limits who may get a person's credit report and what it may be used for. So the program is built around your customer, not your files: ClaroCredit never asks you for anyone's credit report.
- No credit report, no customer list, nothing from your systems
- Your customer asks for their own report and gives their own consent
- Your customer decides whether to send it
- Free for you, and the review is free for your customer
You only put the card where customers will see it. ClaroCredit is software; every review and every decision is made by a licensed attorney.

Free
The review costs your customer nothing, and there is no obligation.
Their own report
They ask the credit bureau for their own copy. You never handle it.
Their own choice

The same study found that five percent of consumers had errors on one of their three major credit reports that could lead to them paying more for products such as auto loans and insurance.
